Gagan Deep Dhiman
Director
Gagan is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and began his career working in the engineering sector for five years before joining the family business. At Technomech Engineers, he oversees finance, strategic planning, customer relations and administration, ensuring the company operates with strong fiscal discipline and smooth internal governance.His role includes managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Drawing on his technical background and corporate experience, Gagan blends financial acumen with engineering insight to make informed investment decisions that support both operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Bablu Dhiman
Director
Bablu holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and leads production planning, customer relations and operational efficiency at Technomech Engineers. His deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and hands on approach ensures every stamped component meets strict quality and delivery requirements.He focuses on optimizing press shop performance, optimising team output, and implementing Lean Manufacturing across the plant. Bablu’s leadership ensures that resources are maximized, waste is minimized, and customers receive consistent, reliable supply, both domestically and internationally.
Hitesh Dhiman
Business Development
Hitesh represents the next generation of leadership at Technomech Engineers, combining a modern business outlook with technical understanding. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK. He is responsible for driving business growth, developing international markets, and building strategic customer relationships.With a strong foundation in engineering and a global business perspective, Hitesh focuses on expanding Technomech Engineers’ presence globally. He works on aligning the company’s offerings with global market needs, enhancing brand visibility, and creating new opportunities through innovation, partnerships, and market diversification.
